About MeetAnywhere
MeetAnywhere is a free, no-signup tool built around a simple belief: everyone should be able to easily plan meetings with colleagues, classmates, and friends across the globe — online or in person — without time-zone math, holiday surprises, or copy-pasted UTC footnotes.
What MeetAnywhere does
Our main job is helping you plan and share meeting times that work for people in different countries. That covers everything from one-on-one calls and global team standups to live online classes, webinars, and interviews.

Who it's for
If you work across borders — global team members, founders pitching overseas investors, recruiters, consultants, online instructors, students in international cohorts — MeetAnywhere is built for you. And if you simply care about people in other time zones — long-distance friends, family abroad — it works just as well for keeping in touch.
Country pages vs city pages
We split the directory by intent. Country pages are built for scheduling online meetings — business hours, work week, meeting etiquette, public holidays, and time differences. City pages are built for in-person meetings and travel to that city — local time, public holidays, climate and best months to visit, currency, language, and plug type.
Both pages share time and holiday data, but the rest follows the use case. Pick the directory that matches what you're actually trying to do.
What it doesn't do (yet)
- It does not send calendar invites or sync with your calendar in the background — but for live-session links, attendees can add the event to Google Calendar, Outlook, or any
.ics-compatible calendar with one click - It does not run availability polls (planned)
- It does not provide visa, vaccine, or flight information — verify with official sources
- Holiday data covers nationally observed holidays plus some regional ones; not exhaustive
Who runs MeetAnywhere
MeetAnywhere is built and operated by the MeetAnywhere Team, based in South Korea. We're a small independent team — there is no parent company, and the site is kept free by light, non-intrusive advertising and selected affiliate links. See our advertising & affiliate disclosure for details.
