Acceptance

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

The site is provided free of charge for personal and business use. You may not attempt to disrupt, abuse, scrape at unreasonable volume, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the service in ways that degrade it for other users.

No account, your content stays with you

The site does not require an account. Saved cities, presets, and similar preferences are stored locally in your browser. Share links and live-session links you create encode their configuration in the URL itself; we do not store them on our servers.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we make a serious effort to keep time-zone conversions, holiday data, and country information accurate, we cannot guarantee correctness or completeness. Always confirm important meetings using a calendar invite that resolves time zones server-side. Holidays in particular can shift (lunar calendars, declared holidays, regional differences), and our data covers commonly observed national holidays plus selected regional ones only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the MeetAnywhere Team is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including missed meetings, scheduling errors, lost business, or other losses — arising from your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-party content, advertising and affiliate links

Pages may include advertising (such as Google AdSense) and links to third-party sites. Some links may, now or in the future, be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you click through and make a purchase — at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of third-party sites. See our advertising & affiliate disclosure for details.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and code are © the MeetAnywhere Team. Some data and media are provided under their original licenses — for example, holiday data via Nager.Date, city photos via Unsplash, and exchange rates via ExchangeRate-API. Trademarks, country flags, and city names belong to their respective owners.

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to yjbiz0609@gmail.com including: (a) identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (b) the URL or location of the material on our site; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder. We will review and respond promptly.

Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to the site or these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court (서울중앙지방법원) in the first instance, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
